How can I provide food for my event?

In order to provide food at your event you are required to book your own caterer. We are happy to provide our list of recommended caterers with whom we have worked with in the past. 

Can I bring alcohol?

In order to have alcohol at your event you are required to provide a liquor license (Special Occasions Permit) from the LCBO. All alcohol is to be purchased through that licence. It is also possible to work with your caterer in providing the necessary licensing. 

Who serves the alcohol?

All alcohol must be served by Smart Serve Certified servers that will be supplied by us or the caterer. In the case of the caterer, we will require prove of certification. 

Do I need insurance?

Yes, all events require proof of third party insurance (Special Events Liability). Specific attention should be paid to securing proper insurance for events that have alcohol. 

How do I confirm my booking?

Once you have had a tour and are happy with your space, and if the space is available for your event, we require a %50 deposit to confirm your event booking. You may also pay the total cost upfront to confirm your booking. 

How many people can I have at my event?

The Whitehall with just chairs is 272 capacity. With chairs, tables, and dancing/dining the capacity is 150. With chairs and tables no dining/dancing the capacity is 200. The Sanctuary is 220 capacity.

Can I have an event outdoors?

The immediate outdoor space is available with your booking. However, we may also accommodate tent/outdoor events.

Is there a cancellation fee?

In the event of a cancellation; your %50 confirmation deposit is non-refundable, total payment is due two weeks prior to the event and is non-refundable.
